HOW DO I RECOVER MY ACCOUNT or transfer my account to a new device?
If you need to transfer your account to a new device, or lost your account, choose your platform below:

CAN I SAVE MY ACCOUNT ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to save your account on more than one device at a time. However, if you would like to transfer your current progress to a new device, choose your platform below:
ONLINE MODES
WHY CAN’T I CONNECT TO any online modes on android?
If you have an Android device and are unable to connect to any online modes, please try the following:
WHY CAN’T I CONNECT TO ONLINE DRAFT, versus, TRADING, DBC OR LTMs?
You must be logged into Google Play Games for Android or Game Center for iOS to play online modes. Refresh your Wifi or try connecting to a different Wifi or Cellular network if you cannot connect. If you are still having issues with online modes, choose your platform below:
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING oNLINE NOTIFICATIONS?
You must be logged into Google Play Games for Android, or Game Center for iOS. Make sure you have notifications enabled for Google Play Games or Game Center. If you are still unable to receive or send notifications, or need help enabling notifications, choose your platform below:
UPDATES & LIGHTNING ROUNDS
WHY ISN’T THE UPDATE SHOWING IN THE Store?
Refresh the Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS, then restart your device. Click on PACYBITS FUT 20 in updates to help refresh the latest update. You may have to try this a few times!
WHere are my lightning rounds?
Refresh the app and restart your device. Check that you have the latest version of the app. If lightning rounds still aren’t appearing, refresh your Wifi or try connecting to a different Wifi or Cellular network.
DBC & BINGO
WHY DID I MOVE DOWN IN MY weekly RANK?
You move down in rank when other players pass you! The weekly competition is dynamic, it depends on how many points everyone is earning throughout the week. The leaderboard also might not refresh until you refresh the app (close and reopen), so your ranking might not be updated.
HOW DO I CLAIM my dbc REWARDS?
You must be logged into Google Play Games for Android, or logged into Game Center for iOS in order to claim your weekly rewards. Remember, the weekly DBC restarts every week, and you only receive rewards for your final rank once per week!
