Player Guidelines

We want PacyBits’ Apps to be a fun and safe experience for all players. Following these common sense guidelines will help ensure you and other players have a great experience.

Be respectful.

You may actually meet the people you trade virtual items with or play against. It’s in everyone’s best interest to keep things courteous and fun for all. Please respect other players. Never defame, abuse, harass, harm, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including the rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Violations can result in the loss of your access to our Apps and Services. If other players are being aggressive, offensive, or are trolling you please remove yourself from the situation, don’t engage and report to us.

Respect privacy.

Players are identified in the game by usernames they select. In addition to making smart choices about how you choose to reveal your own identity (for example, do not use your real name as your username and avoid posting your username in connection with your real name), don’t post, repost, or reveal other information about another user’s identity, including their name, phone number, email address, or physical address, even if a player discloses that info first. Don’t reveal such information about bystanders or anyone else, either. Also, don’t take photos or videos of other players unless you have their permission. Violations can result in the loss of your access to our Services and Apps.

Avoid inappropriate content.

We may review the content you create with or in our Services, particularly if another user has flagged it as offensive, and we may remove it if we believe it’s inappropriate for the game. That may include sexual or pornographic content, obscenity, or hate speech.

No cheating.

Play fair, it’s more fun that way. Methods of cheating include at a minimum the following: deleting other users’ content and game progress; cheating or deceiving during the trade with other users; using modified or unofficial software; altering images of your squads; using tools or techniques to alter or falsify your drafts, squads or cards; or selling accounts.

We will enforce the Terms of Service as well these guidelines.

We will review reported or flagged players and content and will determine whether or not they violate the Terms of Service and/or these guidelines. Users are penalized for violations  of the Terms of Service and/or the Player guidelines—we may issue a warning, suspend you from the game, or (for serious or repeated violations) terminate your access to the Services.
